Most of those who still rock white eye liner have also refused to move past the “flesh colored lipstick with dark brown liner” phase as well. FYI: It wasn’t a good look then, and 15 years later, it still isn’t.
HAAAAAAAA…I def rocked dark brown lip liner with fleshy lipstick! And you know what JG…i beg to differ, cause back in 99 my shit was looking right and tight! hahahahaha
